Roles and Responsibilities:
- Consulting with business stakeholders and software architects to analyze and obtain information on limitations or capabilities for data processing projects
- Conduct user testing and analyze needs
- Work with tools such as Full Story to identify problems with current and new experiences
- Identify design problems and devise practical solutions that meet business requirements
- Collaborate with UX team members, software architects, data analysts, bank partners and regulators, and other stakeholders
- Perform competitive analysis and research to provide recommendations to stakeholders
- Analyze experience post-development to ensure successful implementation and iterate on any newly identified issues
- Become a knowledge expert on the various products specifications and user journeys
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience
- Bachelor’s in Arts, Science, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
- Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suites
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suites, specifically using XD
- Familiar with Microsoft products
- Strong oral and written communication.
