D&A UX Designer - Senior Associate

- Creating design impactful and innovative experiences for users that align to defined UX strategies and are consistent with best practices in information architecture, interaction design, and established usability heuristics;
- Driving experience with industry standard tools and frameworks such as: Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD; Zeplin or InVision; Mural, Miro or InVision Freehan; Asana, Azure DevOps or Jira; Agile or Scrum Software Development Methodology;
- Ensuring well versed in design thinking, user centric, Agile, and user research methods;
- Working within a design system;
- Exhibiting analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail;
- Taking abstract ideas and molding them into tangible ideas articulating the "why";
- Remaining self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders while successfully working well under pressure;
- Working alongside product managers, designers, developers, and business stakeholders to develop and design digital products and solutions;
- Exhibiting confidence to effectively present design ideas and key deliverables (eg., prototypes, demos, etc) to relevant stakeholders (eg., peers, developers, executive level stakeholders, etc. );
- Using both written/verbal skills with emphasis on demonstrated ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences;
- Bringing sense of urgency, and decisiveness while managing multiple overlapping tasks;
- Adapting to change in rapidly changing business environment, while leading with an agile mindset;
- Working with distributed product and development teams;
- Designing for enterprise business applications;
- Translating complex ideas into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and interface design for various stages and products within our portfolio;
- Leading Journey Mapping, persona, user flow, and experience design sessions;
- Supporting usability testing sessions, design workshops and varying UX initiatives led by the Senior or Lead Experience designers;
- Gathering user research data through interviews, usability testing, diary studies, card sorting and other standardized methods;
- Documenting and refining research findings into user personas, journey maps, service blueprints, affinity maps and user stories;
- Planning, executing, analyzing, and reporting on usability tests of your wireframes and designs, and refining accordingly, iterating with increased levels of fidelity until the solution has reached or exceeded its success targets;
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusion practices;
- Establishing and promoting UX/UI guidelines, industry leading practices and standards;
- Staying up-to-date with and sharing the latest industry trends, best practices/techniques, and tools/technologies;
- Having a perspective to bring to the team on how to improve the process, work we do and our workflows; and,
- Helping build an inclusive and trusted team culture founded in research, design, innovation, education, and mentorship.
