 Likewize is searching for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team at our global Headquarters in Southlake, TX.

In this role, you work with the Creative and Marketing team to develop creative assets for various marketing activities including presentations, customer mockups, big format graphics, e-blasts, display banners, website assets, social media assets, and short-form videos, among others.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Produce creative assets in various sizes & file types, based on Likewize brand guidelines
• Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
• Apply typography principles and color theory
• Generate ideas to portray concepts to reflect our products and services
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deadlines and objectives are met
• Organize and manage creative assets
• Stay up to date with industry developments and tools

Requirements/Skills

If you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills and/or experience.

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 1-3 years of graphic design experience, (new graduates in visual arts are encouraged to apply)
• Beyond Basic working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite. (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Proficient in design/video software (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Proficient in Microsoft Power Point
• Strong aesthetic and design skills, (color theory, typography, layout design)
• Willingness to collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and find solutions to issues
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work while managing multiple projects
• Knowledge of UX design is desired but not required
• Mac User
