We're looking for a Project Manager to join either our Chicago or Los Angeles team.
UpShift is a boutique branding and design agency, specializing in brand identity, marketing, and web design.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager or Junior Account Director who is organized, has good written and verbal communication skills, and who has worked in an agency setting.
The desired candidate would have PRIOR Project Management experience in an agency setting. In addition, we use Zoho Projects on a daily basis as a project management tool—so familiarity with that software, (Zoho, Mondays or Asana) will receive favorable consideration.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
- Strong organization skills, good note-taker and good listening/comprehension.
- Ability to manage multiple project details—timelines, agendas, recaps, expenses.

This is a full-time position.
Our team is currently working remotely—we do a lot of Zoom. Eventually, we see the team going to a hybrid model with some in-office work (either LA or Chicago)—so the ideal candidate currently lives near downtown Chicago or downtown Los Angeles.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

Currently, we are all working remotely. But our Chicago and LA offices are open for occasional team meetups.

- Project Management IN AN AGENCY: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- PMP Certification (Preferred)
