About the Position

  • Projects support important institutions such as: education, animal rights, medical standards, reproductive medicine, child life support and many more.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design UX experiences for a variety of end-user experiences including websites, apps, blogs, newsletters, forms, workflows, and a variety of other online digital mediums.
  • Translate client brand guidelines and aspirations into fully highly conceptual stylescapes and web prototypes.
  • Guide and educate clients on current best practices and accessibility standards during client meetings
  • Lead user research tasks such as card sorting, surveys, focus groups, information architecture exercises, and journey mapping.
  • Work with clients to understand content requirements and design highly stylized wireframes and sitemaps accordingly.
  • Design UX assets for all device sizes with responsiveness at the top of mind.
  • Participate in requirements gathering discussions and present resulting deliverables to clients.
  • Receive and incorporate feedback with an appropriate demonstration of expertise and professionalism.
  • Work closely with project managers to develop reasonable timelines and adhere to the same.
  • Work closely with business analysts to define and document functional needs resulting from UX designs.
  • Serve as a company resource on questions of user experience best practices and represent Brightfind as a subject matter expert at industry events.

Ideally you possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in design or communication field of study
  • Must be authorized to work in either US or India
  • Able to work at least half of the work day in US Eastern Time
  • Have 3-5 years of digital experience (agency experience is a plus)
  • Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suites
  • Professional experience presenting user experience assets and methodologies. (Candidates may be asked to submit short, sample presentation videos.)
  • Must have and provide a portfolio that demonstrates a wide range of web design projects.
  • Experience providing UX and design assets that meet WCAG accessibility standards. (Candidates may be asked to provide examples.)
