Twill
About Twill
Happify Health is now Twill, The Intelligent Healing Company.
Twill is shortening the gap between need and care by creating digital-first tools that are as connected as the body and mind. We intelligently guide each person to the care they need, when they need it, in the way they want.
We do this by developing Sequences™ which are configurable care experiences tailored to meet the needs of customers, the medical conditions they cover, and the populations they serve. Sequences combine evidence-based digital therapeutics and well-being products, care communities, coaching, and third-party services on a clinical-grade platform designed to work seamlessly with the customer's existing digital solutions and resources. This enables a more precise, personalized and seamless care experience, at scale.
We're building a collaborative environment that weaves scientists, clinicians, behavior change experts, content creators, and game makers together, to develop Sequences and transform the care experience.
Join Twill as we usher in a new era of care.

About the Role
We're looking for a UI/UX Game Designer (Contract) with outstanding knowledge of the process and tools for designing and creating in-game UI design and UX systems. This Contract role will collaborate with Twill team members on projects for about 5-10 hours per week.

Experience in creating functional UI/UX prototypes is expected.
This role will report to the Senior Game Producer, and will be expected to collaborate with artists and engineers, to create systems and assets to the highest standards for our game portfolio.
The ideal candidate is expected to have proven experience within a similar role,a great presenter of UX design (and systems), and a supporting portfolio that showcases your work. We're looking for a positive team member that shows both enthusiasm and talent for creating games with user-centric UI that's flexible for different types of users.

- Create and implement UX design and/or UI art within defined look & feel.
- Ensure that work supports overall game design and art style/direction.
- Develop and iterate on design concepts based on feedback.
- Seek out additional work in new feature concepts to further aid the success of the game's future roadmap
- Implement game aesthetic and branding vision across all refreshed games.
- Balance, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Specialized training in graphic and interactive design or illustration from a 4 year program or equivalent level of professional experience is required.
- 5+ years of professional experience designing for mobile games and/or casual games (web included).
- A passion for games, mobile UI/UX, and interactive media coupled with a desire to join Twill's healthcare focused mission.
This is a Contract role with a salary range of $70 to $80 per hour.
